These are the coilovers that have the short spring that sits on the sleeve that you sit over the strut. I have to admit they look pretty nice when the car is sitting still. But when driving, I felt every bump, rock, and crease in the road no matter what my speed was. Not to mention, about a month in, both rear struts were blown and I was riding on just the short spring. My opinion, $60 coilovers or $80 lowering springs, the lowering springs are the way to go. I've had my lowering springs on for about a year now and have had absolutely no problems.
