Forum Acceptable Use Policy

The site administrator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the user agreement without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms of this agreement.

TEAM 2GNT Policy and User Agreement

TEAM 2GNT (www.2gnt.com) is a free service of 2GNT.com ("TEAM 2GNT") provided to people over the internet.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and TEAM 2GNT. In return for your usage of the TEAM 2GNT service, which includes but is not limited to by viewing or transmitting any data to or from TEAM 2GNT, or creating a message board on TEAM 2GNT, or using services directly related to TEAM 2GNT and other services from TEAM 2GNT, you and TEAM 2GNT agree to all the terms and conditions herein.

You may not "spam" or in any way broadcast or perform mass postings to our forums, or users. Additionally, TEAM 2GNT does not allow the addition of TEAM 2GNT' site, forums, or any users of TEAM 2GNT' names, email addresses, or other information to any software which may be used for spamming, mass-posting, or the broadcast of messages to our site. Such activities use extra resources on our systems, degrade the quality of the service for our members, necessitate our labor, increases on our support load, and can disturb members and visitors, and decreases on the quality of our system and/or business's public image. Any attempts at any such activities are considered an abuse of or an attack on our systems and company and any parties performing such activities or participating in providing services or software which contribute to such activities may be held accountable and subject to legal action. In addition, such activities can and are hereby considered a Denial of Service (DoS) attack and are subject to criminal treatment. We do not take this lightly. TEAM 2GNT is not to be used for spamming, mass-postings, or the broadcasting of messages by any method without the written approval of TEAM 2GNT Info-Systems.

You will not stalk users of our system, nor will you post, email, or otherwise transmit any data which is illegal, harassing, threatening, abusive, or obscene to our system nor any user of our system. Also included as such an activity is the display of any private information of an individual, company, or other organization without permission of that individual, company, or organization. Such activities are not only considered an abuse of our system, our company, and a violation of this agreement, but such activities can decrease on the quality of our public image, increase on our personal labor, and can cause other damages. Notice is hereby given that any party contributing or otherwise participating in any such activity is subject to legal action from any related parties, including TEAM 2GNT.

TEAM 2GNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate without notice your access to TEAM 2GNT and/or your message board for any reason and at TEAM 2GNT's sole discretion. The right to delete a message board or refuse service to any individual includes but is not limited to the reasons specified in this agreement.

You understand that TEAM 2GNT is able to be provided to you because it is paid for by TEAM 2GNT, and some of TEAM 2GNT' revenues result from TEAM 2GNT selling advertising space on the TEAM 2GNT website; this includes, but is not limited to, pages set up by TEAM 2GNT as well as individual message boards. As a message board creator, you agree to follow the guidelines and instructions provided in this agreement, in message board setup, and in any other administration areas of the system.

TEAM 2GNT refers to creators, moderators and administrators of message boards/forums as "Forum Owners" and it is hereby understood that this term is used solely to express the creator as having management rights over the message board only as described in this document.

By your use of 2GNT.com you agree to the following: You are solely responsible for the information or content you display or make available ("post") on TEAM 2GNT or transmit in any way to other TEAM 2GNT users including those not covered by this agreement. TEAM 2GNT reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members and users of TEAM 2GNT.

You will use TEAM 2GNT in a manner following any and all applicable laws and regulations and will not post or transmit any data on 2GNT.com or to any TEAM 2GNT members or employees any illegal material or material that infringes upon another parties rights. Furthermore, posts must not include any data other than plain text or HTML code and, as the administrator of the message board you create, you are responsible for any posts made to the message board you create which contain unnacceptable data.

Your forum and the posts in your forum may not contain material of sexually-oriented, adult, pro-racist, pro-hate-related, or harassing nature, posts with excessive profanity, nor may you post warez or software in any form including but not limited to raw, encoded, or encrypted data.

Forums cannot be created, used, or continued with the primary or dominant purpose or usage of "bashing".

You will not post, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior consent from the owner of such proprietary rights or in any way violate applicable local, state, federal, or international law, nor will you impersonate any person including but not limited to users of TEAM 2GNT, public figures, individuals related to the activities of TEAM 2GNT, including staff, volunteers, or other parties, nor will you falsely represent yourself as being affiliate with any such parties, individuals, or entities.

Additionally, you will not engage in unsolicited advertising to other members or users of TEAM 2GNT to buy or sell any products or services.

You may not copy text/HTML/source code from any TEAM 2GNT message board, including your own, to any another location including but not limited to other servers or websites on internet.

You may not include advertisements, banners, or images on your message board for purposes of advertising anything other than your own product or service if your message board is dedicated to your specific product or service.

If you use any TEAM 2GNT message board in a frame the banner advertisement at the top of the message board must be completely visible without having to scroll when the board loads on a 640x480 pixel screen and the other frames must not contain advertisements of any kind.

TEAM 2GNT may, at its descretion, provide features and options to allow you to attempt to limit access to your message board to/from selected users by various methods. Some of these methods may be but are not limited to: password protection, read access based on IP/hostname, post access based on IP/hostname, or profanity filtering. Although TEAM 2GNT may provide these services as a convenience to you, with or without their usage or availability, you agree that TEAM 2GNT cannot be held responsible for stopping any particular individual from posting or reading messages on board, nor are there any guarantees to the availability or proper functioning of such features. Additionally, TEAM 2GNT may not be able to prevent specific types of materials from being submitted to your board, including image links or URL's.

TEAM 2GNT cannot guarantee the proper functioning or availability of any of 2GNT.com's options or services, including the possibility of a complete innavailability of the service. You will not hold us liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the message board service.

TEAM 2GNT provides the 2GNT.com message board service on an "as is" basis and TEAM 2GNT grants no warranties neither express, implied, nor statutory with regards to its services nor with communication to TEAM 2GNT or its representatives or employees. Specifically, TEAM 2GNT disclaims any warranties of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. TEAM 2GNT does not warrant that TEAM 2GNT services will be available, nor that they will be error-free or secure, nor that it will meet your requirements.

Additionally TEAM 2GNT makes no claims that defects or errors will be corrected.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TEAM 2GNT, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or third parties in the case of any loss or damages, either direct, incidental, or consequential (including but not limited to damages in loss of data, loss of programs, or cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions), even if these damages arise out of the use or inability to use 2gnt.com's services even if TEAM 2GNT or its agents, representatives, or employees have been advised or notified of the possibility or occurrence of such damages.

You understand that TEAM 2GNT cannot be held liable for any acts or omissions of other members or users including unauthorized users, members, or hackers.

The content of message boards, including, but not limited to, any opinions, advice, statements, or offers made available on TEAM 2GNT are those of their respective authors and not of TEAM 2GNT and should not necessarily be relied upon. The authors are solely responsible for such content and TEAM 2GNT does not guarantee nor is TEAM 2GNT responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of any information on the service nor does TEAM 2GNT endorse any of such content. Under no circumstances will TEAM 2GNT be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on content or information made available via 2GNT.com nor information transmitted to 2GNT.com members or users.

Additionally, TEAM 2GNT reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted or otherwise made available on 2GNT.com or pertaining to 2GNT.com including sites related to members of 2GNT.com and users of the service including but not limited to posts made on 2GNT.com and private messages between users of 2GNT.com. It is also understood that users may supply to TEAM 2GNT content provided to them by other users of 2GNT.com. It is understood that the monitoring of all such information is necessary for multiple reasons including but not limited to the need for TEAM 2GNT to be aware of the content available via 2GNT.com, the information transmitted as a result of content available via 2GNT.com, maintaining the quality of service, and monitoring its service for bugs or errors in TEAM 2GNT's software or content.

Furthermore, TEAM 2GNT reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove any material it wishes at any point in time, specifically but not limited to material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. Notwithstanding this right of TEAM 2GNT, you and other users of 2GNT.com remain solely responsible for the content of the material you post on 2GNT.com, information you make available through 2GNT.com, or your private e-mail messages.

*IMPORTANT: It is possible that 2GNT.com members or users, including unauthorized users or hackers, may post, transmit, or make available offensive or obscene materials on or via 2GNT.com and you may be exposed to such materials. Additionally it is possible for your personal information to be accessed by such users and used to harass or injure you. TEAM 2GNT is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on or to 2GNT.com or via its services. Please carefully choose the information and type of information you make available via 2GNT.com or release to others.

TEAM 2GNT owns and retains all rights to information it makes available via 2GNT.com including but not limited to proprietary posts made by TEAM 2GNT employees, any and all proprietary graphics and data otherwise made available, and any and all copyrighted material, trademarks, and all other proprietary information of TEAM 2GNT and its licensors. Additionally, 2GNT.com members or users may post copyrighted information and trademarks whether or not they are clearly identified or indicated as such and, except for that information which is in the public domain or of which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

By posting information or content to any public area of 2GNT.com you are at risk of this information being copied or used in a manner you do not wish. It is your responsibility to consider the type of information you wish to make available and, if your rights are violated by another 2GNT.com member or user, you are solely responsible for handling the matter and you understand that TEAM 2GNT will not be involved with such issues.

Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability may not apply to you.

This Agreement is entered into in the State of California, USA. You agree that California state law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in State of California. This Agreement, accepted upon signing up for 2GNT.com' services, contains the entire agreement between you and TEAM 2GNT regarding the use of the Service.

This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time by TEAM 2GNT, but will always be available for viewing on the 2GNT.com website. This Agreement may not be modified or amended by you without official authorization by TEAM 2GNT and the subsequent written approval from TEAM 2GNT of the final agreement. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to 2GNT.com. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Should you at any time transfer your consideration in this contract to another entity, including but not limited to any other individual, company, corporation, or organization, the new entity must agree to all terms of the most recent revision of this agreement which will be available on the 2GNT.com website for the duration of 2GNT.com' services.
